PITTSBURGH - The celebration of Black History Month got underway in Pittsburgh Monday.
An opening reception for the city’s month-long exhibit celebrating Black History Month was held at the city-county building.
The exhibit “Beyond the Funny Pages” features artwork, photographs and memorabilia to showcase artists Orrin C. Evans, Jackie Ormes and Clarence Matthew Baker who have ties to Pennsylvania.
