PITTSBURGH - The Office of Children, Youth and Families is investigating after a 3-year-old girl was found wandering the streets of Pittsburgh's Elliot neighborhood early Tuesday.
Police said the toddler was found on Lorenz Avenue just before 4 a.m.
The girl wasn't hurt, officials said, and was taken back home.
So far, no charges have been filed.
