Child found after wandering away from Pittsburgh elementary school

PITTSBURGH — A child wandered away from a Pittsburgh Public Schools elementary building late Wednesday morning, and was safely found about a half-hour later.

Channel 11 News has learned that a student somehow walked away from Fulton Elementary and was gone for about 30 minutes.
Investigators said the child was found at Penn Circle, which is located several blocks away from the school on Hampton Street in East Liberty.
