2 children fall from windows hours apart in Pittsburgh

Two children fell from windows hours apart in Pittsburgh on Tuesday.

A 4-year-old fell from a window in Larimer.

Later Tuesday, another child fell 20 feet from a duplex in Mt. Oliver.

The 4-year-old is in stable condition and expected to be OK. As of Tuesday night, there was no word on the condition of the second victim.

Researchers said children falling out of windows account for at least 5,000 visits to the emergency room.
