PITTSBURGH,None — At least one outbound lane of Route 28 has reopened after a vehicle overturned early Wednesday morning.
The crash happened after 6 a.m. in Troy Hill near the St. Nicholas Church.
The accident snarled outbound traffic as the vehicle was blocking the lanes.
There's no word on what caused the crash or whether the driver was injured.
