PITTSBURGH - Dozens of Pittsburgh police officers took part in a motor skills competition on Pittsburgh’s South Side on Saturday.
Officers and two city paramedics put the pedal to the medal, weaving around the course on 16th and Water streets, for the Steel City Police Motor Skills Training event.
The event, which began Thursday, helps motorcycle officers improve their skills and exchange new training ideas.
Proceeds from the event benefit the Special Olympics of Allegheny County.
