SCOTTDALE, Pa. - A driver was rushed to an area hospital after getting hit by a train Monday afternoon in Scottdale.
Fayette County 911 dispatchers said the accident was reported along Kingview Road in Bullskin Township about 3 p.m. Monday.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was taken to a hospital by ambulance because helicopters were unable to fly due to weather. The victim’s condition has not been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
