MURRYSVILLE, Pa. - A fast-food employee is facing charges for allegedly selling heroin out of a Westmoreland County McDonald’s.
Police arrested Theodore Upshaw and charged him with possession of heroin, intent to deliver and delivery of heroin.
The Allegheny County District Attorney Narcotics Enforcement Team said it got a tip that Upshaw was selling the drug out of the McDonald’s along Route 22 in Murrysville.
