Fire breaks out at Ellwood City apartment

ELLWOOD CITY, Pa. — Firefighters put out flames at an apartment in Ellwood City, Lawrence County, early Sunday morning.

Officials said the fire started in an apartment above Ralph's Barber Shop on 5th Street shortly before 2 a.m.
