WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. — A head-on crash in Westmoreland County killed one man and sent two other to the hospital.
Emergency officials said the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. Thursday in Oklahoma Borough.
State police said a pickup truck crossed the center line on Orr Avenue and crashed into another truck.
Police identified the victim as Robert Lytle, of Avonmore, Armstrong County.
The names and conditions of the injured have not been released.
