Man accused of trespassing at resort, surfing Internet with pants down

FAYETTE COUNTY, Pa. — State police said an employee at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort caught a man with his pants down at the resort in Fayette County on Thursday.

According to the criminal complaint, Ryan McKenzie, 36, walked into Nemacolin's business center and began using the computers to access the Internet about 5:30 p.m.

Officials said a supervisor noticed McKenzie with his pants down. A security officer then approached McKenzie, who pushed the officer while outside the building, state police said.

Authorities said McKenzie, of West Newton, was charged with open lewdness, harassment, trespassing, theft of services and disorderly conduct.

He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Wednesday.
