According to the criminal complaint, police discovered dangerous chemicals used to make methamphetamine in addition to undisclosed amounts of heroin and marijuana inside Kidd’s bedroom.
Neighbors told Channel 11 News the homeowner was just trying to help out Kidd, and he hadn’t lived there long.
“I’m glad it’s gone. (I) didn’t know it was there but glad it’s not there (any) more,” neighbor Wayne Rogers said.
Channel 11 News learned that it was tips from the neighborhood that led troopers to Kidd.
He made a full confession to police, according to the criminal complaint.
Kidd remained behind bars Monday night in lieu of a $150,000 bond.
