Man accused of distributing child porn from Castle Shannon garage says he's not guilty

CASTLE SHANNON, Pa. — A man accused of distributing child porn through a server in his Castle Shannon garage was in court Tuesday.

Bryan Zaharko, 32, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and he told the judge he is not guilty.

Zaharko was arrested and charged with possession and distribution of child pornography after agents with the Attorney General's Office said they discovered images of child pornography linked to Zaharko's IP address.

Investigators raided Zaharko's home where they said they discovered an elaborate set up along with a server they said was used to share pictures of child pornography.

"He's looking forward to his day in court.  He advises that this information is incorrect.  We are going to be looking at forensics involved and contacting an expert concerning the computer forensics in this matter," said Zaharko's attorney David Cercone.

Zaharko is free on bond.
