SCOTT TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A man is accused of stealing from a Scott Township Walmart a half dozen times.
Police said surveillance video shows a heist involving a computer.
“The wire he’s pulling, that wire of the box is the trigger for the alarm system,” said police.
Davis Cooper, 47, dressed differently each time and in under three minutes, he strolled out of the store with pricey electronics, police said.
“He looks at his supposed sales receipt. That’s just a piece of paper he’s holding,” police said.
