WILKINSBURG, Pa. - Police are investigating after a man was fatally shot in Wilkinsburg Wednesday night.
According to police, 41-year-old Micah Goodman was sitting on the porch of a friend’s Wesley Street home when a gunman approached and began shooting about 6:30 p.m.
Assistant Allegheny County Police Superintendent James Morton said homicide detectives found evidence that at least nine shots were fired.
Goodman was rushed to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Oakland, where he was pronounced dead at 7:12 p.m.
No arrests have been made and police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to contact them.
