CARRICK, Pa. — One year after a fatal bike accident in Carrick, the victim was remembered.
On Monday, family and friends of John Pearson gathered to honor the avid cyclist who was struck and killed by a car.
Pearson, 55, was on his way from a construction job when the accident happened.
Those at Monday's vigil said drivers need to slow down.
"They don't stop. They just keep on going," said a friend.
