LAWRENCE COUNTY, Pa. — Emergency crews rescued a man at McConnells Mill State Park in Lawrence County Wednesday after he fell while rock-climbing.

Friends of the 19-year-old told Channel 11 that he slipped and fell about 15 feet into a creek, and he was in and out of consciousness when they called 911.
