BENTLEYVILLE, Pa. — A man was recovering in the hospital Tuesday morning after he was hit by a car.
Jordan Thomas, 27, was struck while walking down the middle of Beallsville Road in Bentleyville at about 11:30 p.m. Monday.

Pennsylvania State Police said the driver who struck Thomas stopped and called 911.
Thomas was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. Investigators were trying to determine why Thomas was in the middle of the street.
