PITTSBURGH - A man died after being shot in Pittsburgh’s Allentown neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Police were called to Allen Street near Manton Way shortly before 2 a.m. and found 44-year-old Derrick Miles, of McKees Rocks, lying in the street next to a bicycle, officials said.
Miles was taken to UPMC Mercy Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about 2:30 a.m., police said.
According to investigators, Miles got into an argument with at least one person outside of Stretches Bar on East Warrington Avenue before he was shot.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
