Motorcyclist collides with car, is thrown from bike in Schenley Park

PITTSBURGH — A motorcycle rider was thrown from his bike Saturday night and had to be rushed to the hospital after a crash in Schenley Park.

Pittsburgh police said the motorcycle collided with a car around 9 p.m. Saturday at Schenley Drive and Panther Hollow Road.

Officials said road crews had to be called in to clear the scene.

The motorcyclist’s condition has not been released.

No one else was hurt in the accident.
