DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A Westmoreland County man caught half-naked by his wife while he was videotaping a 4-year-old girl dancing in their basement will face federal charges, according to court records unsealed Friday.
Last Tuesday, a federal grand jury indicted 55-year-old Thomas J. Deglau on six counts of production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
Deglau's wife, Sandra, reported the incident to Latrobe police and turned over the videotapes of the girl.
Sandra Deglau told police that her husband wasn't wearing pants or underwear when he recorded the girl.
State police charged Deglau, of Derry Township, in January with five crimes including child pornography and aggravated indecent assault. (Click here to read the previous story.)
