Narcotics team finds suspected heroin in McKees Rocks (EVIDENCE PHOTOS)

The Allegheny County Narcotics Team seized suspected heroin, cash and weapons during a raid in McKees Rocks on Friday.
Authorities said they seized about 350 stamp bags and seven bricks of raw packaged heroin from a home on Shingiss Street.
“The 10,000 stamp bags alone would translate into $60,000 to $100,000 in street-value heroin,” McKees Rocks police Chief Robert Cifrulak said.
Channel 11’s Rick Earle reported that detectives were tipped off about the house from an overdose victim.
Investigators said the drugs aren’t related to the deadly “Theraflu” heroin.
Inside the home, police said they also found two pistols, a bulletproof vest, about 2 pounds of marijuana and $200 in cash.
Police said 45-year-old Andre Woods and 30-year-old Demany Hayes were arrested and charged with intent to deliver and possession of a stolen weapon.
