New plan to track prescription drugs close to becoming state law



WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa. - A plan to track how people obtain and use prescription drugs is one step closer to becoming a state law in Pennsylvania.

Overdose deaths in Westmoreland County have climbed steadily since 2002, increasing 290 percent.
