PITTSBURGH - A Pittsburgh police officer testified Tuesday morning before a grand jury looking into Pittsburgh Police Chief Nate Harper.
The grand jury is trying to determine if Harper profited from some police business.
Federal agents are exploring allegations of bid-rigging and whether Harper was a silent partner in a business that installed computers in police cars.
