PITTSBURGH - There is some encouraging news for drivers who frequent Pittsburgh's West End.
Part of a road that has been closed for more than a month will reopen Friday. Noblestown Road has been closed since Nov. 4 because of a landslide in the Elliot Neighborhood.
According to Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE, part of the road will reopen before Friday's afternoon rush hour.
