PENN HILLS, Pa. — State Police liquor control enforcement officers said they cited a Penn Hills pizza shop with nine violations over the weekend, including operating without a health permit or license.
The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, a branch of the state police, cited the Fireside Pizza Pub on Frankstown Road, according to a statement released Sunday.
The citations included: failing to maintain cleaning records for their drink dispensing system; failing to clean the dispensing system at least once a week; allowing smoking in an establishment where it was supposed to be banned; operating without a valid health department permit; and possessing or operating gambling devices, officials said.
An administrative law judge could impose a penalty ranging from $50 to $5,000 for each violation upon conviction, police said.
Shop representatives could not be reached for comment.
