WILKINSBURG, Pa. - A pipe burst in the Wilkinsburg Borough’s building, sending water into the police evidence room on Tuesday night.
Firefighters told Channel 11’s Courtney Brennan that flooding inside the evidence room is pretty bad.
The borough's maintenance workers immediately started cleaning up. The police chief and mayor weren't far behind.
Something like this could cause major problems for the police department. The police chief didn’t say what evidence was damaged or destroyed, and if any current cases are affected.
