PITTSBURGH - A 3-year-old boy is recovering at Children’s Hospital after being struck by a driver in a stolen car, police said.
The accident happened during a birthday party on Brighton Place.
“I don’t know why people don’t look. It’s a one-way street. It’s a neighborhood. How can you go any faster than 10 mph down the road anyway?” said neighbor Chris Lehberger.
The boy is listed in stable condition.
Channel 11 was told the driver will likely be charged for the stolen vehicle but not for the accident.
