ARMSTRONG COUNTY, Pa. - Police in Armstrong County said a 9-year-old girl was found in Parks Township over the weekend after she had been walking alone for hours.
According to police, the girl was found nearly five miles away from her home.
Investigators said the girl was walking in Parks Township on River Road toward Leechberg.
According to the criminal complaint, the girl was being watched by a family member who was drunk.
Police said charges are pending.
The girl was not harmed.
