FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. - Police are investigating an attempted luring in Franklin Township.
A 14-year-old girl said she was approached by a man in a car at her bus stop along Route 65.
The girl told police the man asked her if she wanted a ride. She said, "No," and ran home, police said.
Concerned neighbors said the bus stops aren't safe due to a lack of lighting.
"What they need are some street lights. They need to put in some lights. It's so dark in the morning," said neighbor John Poling.
If you have any information about the attempted luring incident, you're asked to call police.
