Police: Man arrested after listing church's stolen items on eBay, Craigslist

BUTLER, Pa. — Authorities said they caught a man accused of stealing musical instruments from a Butler County church after the items appeared on eBay and Craiglist.

According to Butler Township Police, 36-year-old Steven Saeler stole several musical instruments from the North Main Street Church of God earlier this month.

Investigators told Channel 11's Amy Marcinkiewicz they linked Saeler to the crimes after finding the stolen instruments listed for sale online.

Saeler was arrested and is being held in the Butler County Jail.
