ALIQUIPPA, Pa. - Aliquippa police said a man led them on a chase Friday morning with his 2-year-old son in the backseat.
Police said the chase went through two municipalities.
When Trent Humphries stopped his car, police said they found loaded guns and his son inside.
Police said the guns were unsecure and rolling around next to the little boy. Police said the toddler looked petrified.
Humphries had no comment for Channel 11 as he was taken to jail.
Police said they were trying to pull Humphries over for illegally tinted windows when he ran stop signs and lights, trying to get away.
Police said Humphries' license was suspended and he didn’t have a permit to carry the guns.
Two pistols that weren’t registered to Humphries were confiscated, police said.
Police said Humphries told them he didn’t stop because he didn’t want a ticket.
