Police: Mercer County fugitive arrested with drugs, 300-pound pig

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Police said a Mercer County fugitive who was arrested last week inside an Ohio hotel room had a 300-pound pig with him.

Authorities said they found Heath Bechtel inside a Youngstown hotel room with drugs, drug paraphernalia and “Penelope the Pig.”

Bechtel, who has a hearing Wednesday, was wanted for trespassing in Mercer County.
