PITTSBURGH - Police said a Pittsburgh fire captain was a victim of a hit-and-run.
The crash happened in downtown Pittsburgh on Ross Street on Thursday.
Police said the captain’s SUV was parked when a woman hit the SUV with her vehicle and took off.
Police said a brief chase took place before the woman was arrested at 6th Street and Fort Duquesne Boulevard.
