Police seek burglars who targeted 2 Pulaski Twp. businesses

PULASKI TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Authorities in Lawrence County are investigating two overnight burglaries believed to be committed by the same people.

According to Pulaski Township police, the first incident was reported at the Country Manor Lottery Shop.

Investigators said the burglars cut the phone and cable lines to the building and then pried open the back door. Once inside, police said the people pried open an ATM and stole an undetermined amount of cash.

The burglars also got away with other items and damaged the store’s safe, police said.

Investigators told Channel 11's Amy Marcinkiewicz that the burglars then went to MD Ambrosia across the street and smashed a security light off the back door.

When they pried open a back window and entered the building, an alarm went off and the burglars fled the scene.

Anyone with information on the burglaries is asked to contact police.
