Police use surveillance video to investigate Moon Twp. robbery

MOON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Police are still looking for an armed man who they said robbed a Moon Township convenience store Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators said the man robbed the 7-Eleven on Broadhead Road just after 2:30 p.m.

According to police, the suspect walked into the store wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and a mask. He pulled out a gun and demanded cash from the clerk.

Authorities said the clerk gave the man an undetermined amount of cash, and he fled the store and ran into nearby woods.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to contact police.
