BUTLER TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A Butler Township woman was arrested over the weekend after police said she threw a case of beer at police officers from a second-floor window.
Authorities said three officers responded to the report of a domestic dispute between Diane Pusateri, 48, and another woman when Pusateri threw a full case of beer at the officers.
The case of beer hit two of the officers in the head, shoulder, neck and thigh, officials said.
According to police, Pusateri was then physically removed from the residence while she was kicking and swearing at police.
Officials said she is facing charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
She remains jailed on $50,000 bail.
