MARS, Pa. - The Mars Area School District School Board and the Mars Area Education Association agreed Monday night on a two-year contract.
Officials said the agreement gives teachers raises, but requires them to contribute to their health care packages.
The teachers had voted to strike in September, but decided to keep working during negotiations.
