NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. - A Scottdale man is accused of attempting to break into a woman’s North Huntingdon house last week and hitting her with a baseball bat.
According to authorities, while trying to get into the house, Sean Schrock, 48, kicked in the front door, broke two windows with a baseball bat, then hit a woman inside with the bat.
That woman then hit Schrock in the head with a hammer.
Schrock was arrested and taken to the Westmoreland County Jail.
The woman, who has not been identified, was hit in the wrist. She was not seriously hurt.
