2 separate accidents snarl traffic on Parkway West near Rossyln Farms

PITTSBURGH — Two separate accidents caused massive traffic delays on the Parkway West early Wednesday morning.

Officials said the both accidents happened about 7 a.m. near the Rossyln Farms exit.

The first accident was a chain-reaction crash involving eight vehicles in the inbound lanes.

The other happened in the outbound lanes and involved three vehicles.

There was no word on any injuries.
