Snowball for Breast Cancer raises money for American Cancer Society

MONROEVILLE, Pa. — A softball tournament was held in Monroeville Saturday to benefit the American Cancer Society.

The fourth annual Snowball for Breast Cancer was held at Pioneer Park.

Elaine Lasch, a breast cancer survivor, said, “It means a lot to me, and I’ll do whatever it takes to let other people know that there is hope out there and there is support out there, and I can testify to that. I’m living proof of that.”

Last year, the tournament raised $2,800.
