PITTSBURGH — State police are investigating a crash on the Parkway West that backed up traffic Saturday morning.
Officials said the accident happened around 6:30 a.m. just before the Fort Pitt Tunnels.
According to police, a car rolled onto its roof, trapping the driver inside. Emergency workers were able to pull that driver out of the car.
