PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Police have arrested a suspect after a deadly shooting in Manchester last month.
Rayshawn Austin is charged with criminal homicide and weapons violations.

Investigators said the victim, Derrick Owens, was standing next to a SUV on Columbus Avenue when Austin walked up and shot him. Several people were inside the vehicle at the time.
Police have not released a motive for the April 25 murder.
