Suspect in Mike Adams stabbing due in court

PITTSBURGH — One of the men accused of stabbing Pittsburgh Steelers offensive lineman Mike Adams is due in court Wednesday.

Police said Jerrell Whitlock, 26, was one of three men who attacked Adams on the South Side June 1.

Whitlock had to be extradited to Pennsylvania after his capture in Florida. He faces several charges, including attempted homicide.

Michael Paranay and Dequay Means have also been arrested in connection with the stabbing.
