PITTSBURGH - A SWAT situation near a convicted killer's home in Stanton Heights ended peacefully Sunday.
Officials said a standoff began at a home on Fairfield Avenue, across the street from where Richard Poplawski shot and killed three Pittsburgh officers in 2009.
Police have not released many details but said the incident began as a domestic dispute.
So far, police have not said if any arrests were made.
