PITTSBURGH - A teenage boy died early Saturday morning after he was found bleeding on a set of city steps in the Hill District Friday.
Tymere Pryor, 17, was found about 9:30 p.m. Friday draped over a railing at Webster Avenue and Orion Street with blood coming from his mouth and head, police said.
Pryor was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where it was determined he had been shot in the back of the head.
He was pronounced dead at about 4 a.m. Saturday.
Police are investigating.
