The high Wednesday will be 12 degrees, with wind chills ranging from minus 20 to zero. Tonight’s low will be 5 degrees with wind chills at minus 10.

PITTSBURGH — Thursday will reach 29 degrees, but keep in mind wind chills could still get as low as minus 10 early in the day.
