PITTSBURGH - The TSA has delayed a rule to allow passengers to carry small knives onto airplanes.
The new rule was scheduled to go into effect Thursday, but flight attendants and some members of Congress have raised concerns.
TSA officials said they need more input from everyone the rule would impact before it takes effect.
