Washington school bus driver accused of DUI to stand trial

WASHINGTON, Pa. — A local school bus driver accused of driving drunk with kids on board will stand trial.

Police said Miguel Rivera was driving students from Washington Park Elementary School when he was pulled over by officers in March.

Investigators said Rivera's blood-alcohol content was four times the legal limit for a commercial vehicle driver. Officers said Rivera was arrested that same night on another drunk driving charge.

Rivera faces more than 100 counts of child endangerment charges and DUI charges.
