PITTSBURGH - Pennsylvania Department of Transportation officials said this weekend's forecast will allow them to move forward on a project that will close the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.
All outbound lanes will close at 11 p.m. Friday and won't reopen until 6 a.m. Monday.
Traffic will be detoured through Squirrel Hill, onto South Braddock Avenue and back onto the parkway.
